- To offer for sale only those goods consistent with the carrying on the business of an antique dealer.
- To sell, or offer for sale, only those items deemed legal and able to be sold in the UK.
- To abide by all laws and regulations relating to the area from where they trade.
- To conduct dealings honestly and fairly.
- To endeavor to give a true description of any items offered for sale and to date such items accurately.
- To bring a timely resolution to any disputes that may arise.
