An early Georgian Mezzotint of Nicholas Wadham, by John Faber the Elder in around 1714.

The etching is one of a series commissioned by Oxford University to celebrate the founders of the university’s colleges.

Nicholas Wadham was the founder of Wadham College, Oxford.

It is presented here in excellent condition in a contemporary ‘Hogarth’ frame.
